PHANTOM / CANDY / MAGIC EDEN / OPENSEA

A place to learn, at your pace. This guide never connects a wallet or submits a transaction. Follow along when you’re ready; completing a lesson only records learning progress.

Make it yours

One guide. Your route.

Choose your device and platform first. Changing either restarts the current lesson; completed lessons stay saved for each route.

Already know this? Use Next step or jump ahead below. Skipping does not mark a lesson complete.

Step 1 of 4

Choose the wallet you actually need

Before selling, locate the wallet that owns your item.

  • Sign in to Candy and check your migration status and collection.
  • Compare the item’s owner address with your selected Phantom Solana address.
  • If they differ, follow Candy’s current wallet-access guidance or contact fan-help@candy.io before proceeding.

What to look for
  1. On this OpenSea example, Owned by appears below the item name.
  2. Compare the full public owner address with your selected wallet. This screenshot shows another collector’s item.

The common stumbling blocks

Something not clicking?

Start here before repeating an action.

Phantom won’t connect on my phone

Open Phantom and use the bottom search bar (or Explore in older versions) to open the marketplace. Use that in-app browser for this walkthrough, then select Connect → Phantom. Check the selected wallet account.

My Candy items are missing

Compare the item’s owner address with your connected Solana account. Check migration status in Candy. A different Phantom account cannot list an item it does not own. If access is unclear, contact fan-help@candy.io.

I have no SOL—how do I add it?

Open Get ready → Get SOL into your wallet, or expand the SOL reminder in a marketplace buying or selling lesson. Choose a transfer from an exchange/wallet or the Phantom funding route for your device.

I have money, but the transaction fails

Check both the network and currency. A USDC purchase still needs SOL for fees. Candy credits cannot pay marketplace purchases. Inspect the transaction status before retrying.

I can’t find the collection or a Buy button

Start from Candy’s official directory. Clear marketplace filters and inspect individual items. A visible collectible may have no active listing; marketplace availability can also differ.

Someone sent me a link to fix my wallet

Navigate to the official help center yourself. Never share recovery credentials or approve a transaction you do not understand. This guide will never ask for wallet access.
